Life @ REC

Roever College of Engineering has a strong tradition of student groups and clubs to attract students from all disciplines, cutting across the courses. It is one of the features that imbue the students of Roever with a singular spell, a unique advantage over others. We strongly believe that clubs are a big part of every student’s college life. We have various clubs to enhance the life of the students by organising the students with similar interest.

Parents & Teachers Association

It plays a crucial role in fostering and promoting a healthy relationship among the members of the teaching staff, the students and the guardians of students.

Alumni Association

It strives to promote an enduring relationship between old students and their alma mater by nurturing lasting friendships through annual meetings by recognising their achievements.

Fine Arts Association

This association not only educates and entertains the spectators but also motivates students, with the prime aim is to explore the hidden talents of the students.

Clubs @ REC

A student has much to look forward at our Roever College of Engineering than just classroom learning, & laboratory sessions, or even regular jumps into the library.

Blood Donors Club

Club is known for doing an exemplary service to the Society in donating blood to the unknown suffers.

Rotaract Club

Serving the society with the motto of ‘Service Above Self’ our team is involved in many social activities.

Quiz Club

With the objective to develop the intellectual capacity & a competitive spirit, weekly meetings are conducted.

Health Club

The club caters to the aspirations of students who are interested in the various aspects of health and hygiene.

Music Club

We provide members with ample opportunity to showcase the musical talents in inter-college programs.

CA Club

The objective of the club is to explore the various dimensions of the fast-growing IT field.

Eco Club

Eco Club plays an important role in spreading many environmental awareness & mobilizing their participation

Consumer’s Club

The main objective is to create awareness of the rights & duties of customers and be on guard against all exploitations.

National Service Scheme (NSS)

The National Service Scheme (NSS) was officially started on 24th September 1969, to establish a meaningful linkage between the campus and the community. Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation, had recognised that the country could not progress in the desired direction until the student youth were motivated to work for the upliftment of the villages/community. For Gandhiji, the villages, where the majority of the population living, represent the country.

Red Ribbon Club (RRC)

The red ribbon, as an awareness ribbon coloured red, is used as the symbol for the prevention of abusive drug use and drunk driving and also the solidarity of people living with HIV/AIDS.

Youth Red Cross (YRC)

Youth Red Cross (YRC) started in the year 2011 with the main objective of YRC is to serve the society by conducting awareness programs like medical & blood donation camps etc.

Consumer Club

Consumer Club of our college is established to spread the awareness about consumer rights amongst all consumer segments and to help consumers get justice when affected
